Software Developer

Main tasks of the candidate will be focused in embedding different kernel algorithms into a number of industry applications and provide benchmarks from public databases and specific databases own by the company. No development of the kernel algorithm is required but proper embedding of the technology is desired: database and web integration, usability, design and user-friendliness are the desired skills for this candidate.

The outcomes will evolve from preliminary testing, graphic user interface for rough users to end products ready to provide a customer.

Joint-venture with other international companies/institutions is envisioned for developing very specific products.

Salary will be in accordance to experience and references. Additional income can be established in a milestone basis.

Product Leader

The main task will particularly focus in implementing advanced statistical learning algorithms to identify discriminant features from a large set of features and develop even better predictive algorithms in a range of pathologies. Secondary tasks will require implementation of ISO 13485 for software, access to remote servers, active involvement in scientific and/or technological tasks, executive responsibility of the milestones and achievements, direct supervision of the work of PhD students and technicians, and representing the company in the relations with scientific and commercial partners.

The position searched would be also responsible of coordinating the validation in pre-clinical and clinical stages, and the transition from a pre-clinical results to effective commercialitzation of one of the main technologies of the company.

The company posses the IP rights of a new technology to extract robust features for analyzing medical images which have already been successfully implemented in different pathologies with outstanding sensitivity and specificity rankings with some statistical methodologies.

We are expecting a 2-3 year project with high chances of remaining in the company in the long run.

The profile we are looking for is a post-doctoral researcher or equivalent experience, mastery of English and high level of previous international exposure.
